Reply:You cant. Well unless you work for the Postal Service. Otherwise you need at least a Bachelor's Degree. If you try to go by life experience you wont get a high level (GS grade) and you will start with very low pay. Even being a secretary you will need a Bachelor's degree. And just to get you on the right foot make sure when putting in resumes use spell check. Its get=git and its District of Columbia. Hate to have to correct a person but had to do it.
