I think the media should not glamorize the killer, or what happened. How can you ask about a tragic event "being better" than another tragic event. Lives were lost in both cases. I remember after the Columbine incident there were many other "copycat" attacks albeit at a smaller level that did not make national and international papers.
In a way, do you think Cho bettered the Columbine killers in notorious status?
they are all disgustng....
Reply:I swear I just heard someone on MSNBC calling Cho's murdering rampage a copycat of the Columbine killings. This was not said until Cho sent a manifesto to NBC today. It is getting worse by the minute. They need to stop glamorizing this crap and get on with other news.
Reply:Better? No one is better in killing. Killing isnt a joke.
Reply:I think he 'bettered' the Columbine killers by chaining the doors to the building...though cruel, it was intelligent to do. Also, he left no witnesses at the first killing.
Reply:yes because he sent NBC a press release. And unlike the Salt Lake City Mall jihadist, he had a captive crowd unarmed thanks to college policy, the mall shooter got dropped by an armed citizen. Faculty in Isreali schools have the right to carry a weapon, and they don't have any school shootings there.
