Eric Harris was taking Luvox prior to the Columbine attack and had traces of it in his system when he died. Dylan Klebold wasn't known to take any prescribed medication and was negative for alcohol or drugs in his system when he died. It is believed that Cho may at some point have been taking an antidepressant but I am not aware of any official confirmation that he was taking anything when he attacked his schoolmates.
Which antidepressants were the Virginia Tech shooter as well as the Columbine shooters on?
as far as i know niether were on any meds in fact the virginia killer had refused treatment
